How quickly can you help?
For urgent issues we aim to respond the same day, and most remote fixes start within a couple of hours of your call. If you're on a support plan, your call jumps the queue.
Do I need a contract?
No. You can call us purely pay-as-you-go for one-off fixes at a clear hourly rate, or take a monthly plan for priority response and proactive care. No long tie-ins either way.
Is it worth repairing an old laptop or should I replace it?
We'll tell you honestly. Often an SSD and a RAM upgrade gives a machine another two or three years for a fraction of the cost of new. When it's genuinely not worth it, we'll say so and help you spec a sensible replacement.
Can you support Macs as well as Windows?
Yes — we support Windows and macOS, plus the everyday kit around them: printers, network drives, monitors and mobile devices.
Will I lose my files?
We take care to protect your data on every job, and back up before any risky work. If a drive has already failed, we also offer data recovery — and this is exactly why we recommend proper backups.
